It’s certainly become a tradition for us.
Every

Hello Autumn
I cannot believe summer is gone. In a blink of an eye it is over and we are officially in the second week of the autumn.
It’s 11th day to be exact.
What we are left with are our cherished memories. Memories of family reunion and gathering of close friends.
Long walks on sunny afternoons and picnics at the seaside. Or just enjoying simple family meals.
All our precious memories are stored in our hearts and will be remembered countless times.

And even though I always complain about cold and rainy days I am actually very excited that autumn is here.
As soon as I remember how much I love when everything around changes its colour or how much I love to stroll through the park and listen to rustling leaves, my spirit immediately lift’s up and I begin to enjoy this time of the year.

But you know what I love the most about autumn? Hearty stews, hot bowls of soup and autumn baking! I absolutely can’t wait to start cooking again and I absolutely can’t wait to share it with you!
I truly hope you all had wonderful summer and you all will have fabulous autumn!

Lazy Summer Days,Trip to London and a New Address
For the past couple of weeks mother nature has been good to us. Sun was shining more often then usual and we were soaking up every bit of it.
I and A. couldn’t be more happier. Everyday day we were out and about enjoying summer weather.
There were a lot of walk in the park. A lot of sitting in the grass. And a lot of laziness.
With the sun shining so brightly, I had no desire to be around the kitchen. We just enjoyed simple salads, soups and lots and lots of fresh fruit and vegetables.
In between all this laziness, I and A. took a little trip to London to visit my younger sister. It has been long time since I last saw her and needless to say we had incredible time.
There were a lot of catching up, long talks and even some tears.
She always tried to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. She has been great hostess and most importantly she is amazing sister.
I miss her already….xxx
I am pleased to say that The Coffee Break has new url address - www.thecoffee-break.com . It will take up to 48 hours for everything to synchronize, so please be patient. Thank you!

I am Back!
‘I am so excited’ I told my mum over the phone, ‘I wish we were there already!’
I was thinking about this every day since we decided to go. You see, this was our first family holiday since our A. was born. Just for the record, she is 17 month now.
We didn’t have to think twice on where we wanted to go. We knew it’s going to be Spain. Torrevieja to be exact. We already been there couple of times and really enjoyed our stay. Plus J.s sister with her family lives just 30 min away from Torrevieja and we wanted to visit them as well.
Golden beach, beautiful weather and lazy afternoons filled our life for the whole month we stayed there. Late breakfasts and daily naps together with A. became our routine.
We had no plans, no commitments, no stress. Just careless and very relaxed holiday.
It was just what we needed. It was bliss.
We came back to Ireland recharged and ready to face new challenges of everyday life.
We came back happy.
I’ll be back shortly to share with new recipes, so please come back soon!
