Tomato Slices stuffed with Egg



Here is a simple idea what to do with leftover Easter eggs :)



(Serves 4)

Ingredients:

4 tomatoes, sliced

4 eggs, finely chopped

150 gram white cheese, grated

3-4 tablespoons mayonnaise

2-3 tablespoons sour cream

Salt, pepper to taste




Method:

In a bowl combine egg, cheese, mayo and sour cream; season with salt and pepper.

On a plate arrange slices of tomato; top with egg mixture, about 1 tablespoon per slice. And you are ready to eat :)
