Orange marmalade is one of the favourites in our house. It’s always nice to have home-made marmalade in a kitchen cupboard so if you fancy something – just open cupboard door and it’s there :-)
Made from fresh oranges and ginger adds a little kick – wonderful spread on toast or biscuits.
(Makes approximately 700 ml)
Ingredients:
3 oranges
4 tablespoons ginger powder

Wash the oranges thoroughly then grate orange rind, set aside.
Peel the white pith from the oranges and remove seeds. Chop oranges into rough pieces and transfer to a blender or food processor. Blend until finely ground.
