Best Ever Fried Liver

I am not a liver fan, but this dish I enjoyed a lot. Very easy and very tasty recipe. Enjoy!

(Serves 4)


800 gram lamb liver, cut in stripes

1 onion, sliced into rings

2 tomatoes, chopped

200 gram flour

2 teaspoons paprika

2-3 teaspoons ras el hanoud

Salt, pepper to taste



Heat up oil in a frying pan; add onions and tomatoes, sauté for 5 minutes then transfer to a plate; set aside.

In large bowl mix flour, paprika, ras el hanoud, salt and pepper; coat liver stripes with flour mixture.

Transfer coated liver to the pan and fry until all browned then transfer back onions and tomatoes and sauté for another 2-3 minutes. Serve hot.
