Scrambled Eggs with Tomato Wedges


For as long as I can remember I find Mondays the worst day of a week. There always so much have to be done and not enough time to do. Or that’s only me? Maybe you have any advice or tips how to get through Mondays?

This breakfast is ready in 10 minutes and great when time is tight.


(Serves for 1)

Ingredients:

2 eggs

1 tomato

2 tb spoons of milk

10 gr butter

Fresh herbs (optional)

Salt, pepper

Method:

Melt butter in a pan over medium heat. Mix eggs with milk, season with salt and pepper, pour mixture into the pan. When you notice eggs begin to set – start scraping from the bottom of the pan. Cook for approx. 5 min. Cut tomato into 4 wedges. Garnish with herbs.
