English dessert made by combining fruit puree, whipped cream and sugar. Delicious, no-fuss fruit dessert that can be enjoyed any time of the year.

(Serves 4)
Ingredients:
200 gram blueberries
50 gram sugar
1 tablespoon cold water

Method:
In a small saucepan place blueberries, sugar and 1 tablespoon water; bring it to a boil then reduce heat and simmer for further 5 minutes. Remove from the heat and let it cool.

Yes, good any time of year, but perfect now with all the stone fruit in season. I am going to try this with plums.
