Zesty Pan Fried Salmon



Fresh salmon fillets marinated in a zesty sauce are quick to put together and is perfect after a long day.


(Serves 2)

Ingredients:

2 x 125 gram salmon fillets

1 red onion, chopped

3 garlic cloves, finely chopped

2 teaspoons of brown mustard seeds

Juice of ½ lemon

Juice of ½ lime

1 teaspoon black pepper

½ teaspoon ground cumin

4 teaspoons ginger powder

2 bay leaves, crushed

5 tablespoon olive oil

Salt to taste



Method:

In a bowl combine all ingredients and leave in a cool place to marinate for about half an hour to an hour.

Preheat non stick frying pan and place salmon fillets to the pan. Fry for about 5 minutes on each side or until ready.
