Simple, wonderful and nutritional salad yet tastes so good. Can be served as a side dish or as a starter- that’s for you to decide :)
(Serves 2)
Ingredients:
100 gram Wiled rocked salad, washed and drained
70 gram Mozzarella cheese, tear roughly
1 avocado, destoned and cut in slices
2 tablespoons of chopped spring onions
2-3 teaspoons olive oil
Salt, pepper to taste
Method:
In a mixing bowl combine mozzarella, avocado, spring onion and rocket. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
