Cinnamon Coffee



(Serves 2)

Ingredients:

400 ml water

1 cinnamon stick

40 gram ground coffee beans

20 ml chocolate syrup

Method:

In a saucepan bring up water to a boil. Stir in cinnamon and coffee grounds, simmer for a few minutes then remove from heat, cover and leave to steep for about 5 minutes.

Remove cinnamon stick, stir in chocolate syrup. If desired can be served with whipped cream.
