Ingredients:
185 grams of rice
½ of chicken, chopped
1 onion, chopped
4-5 medium carrots, grated or finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
½ can of tomato
½ l of chicken stock or water
Salt, pepper to taste
2-3 bay leaves
Oil
Method:
Heat up oil and fry chicken for 5 min. Then add onion, garlic, carrot, salt and pepper, bay leaves and sauté for approximately 30 min. Add chicken stock or water, ½ can of tomato and simmer for a few min. Add rice and cook further 15-20 min or until rice is tender. Sprinkle with parsley on top if desired. Enjoy!
